• Hello,

I don’t find how I could have a page diplaying only a background picture, without a frame over it. I took its link and added it in the menu, but of course, the problem is that it is a direct link to the image. In fact, I’d want this background image to appear within my website template, with the menu, the social networks buttons etc. but without a content or blog frame over it.

    Any idea ?

  • What I would do is make a custom template for that page.

    Here’s some info on that – http://codex.wordpress.org/Pages#Creating_Your_Own_Page_Templates

    Hello Christine,

I didn’t know about that, thank you!

It worked but unfortunately, after a second page refreshment and for an unknown reason, the page came back to the default template design, and sticks to it now… I deleted the cache, so the problem is elsewhere.

    I’ve fixed the last issue.

But the first one is still annoying me… I took the default template to create the custom one. I deleted a part of it and the blog frame disappeared indeed, but so did the background ! It gets all black.

I can’t figure out which part I should delete or modify. I’m a beginner. If someone is kind enough to have a look, here is the page I would like free of frame and title, keeping only the header and the footer.
