[Theme: origami] Link Header.php to mailto

I am using origami premium on my website propertytaxeagle.com and I want to change my header to link to mailto: the entire header or if its all possible I want to make that email address on the header on the top of my page linkable.

Another thing is there anything that I can change the line-spacing I am very new to CSS and PHP.
