Fatal error: Cannot redeclare widget_ilmeteo()

    Hello,
    since a couple of days, I’m not able to get my WP site working.
    Last performed action was some plugins updates.
    Since that time, no more chance to get it online and no chance to get to the WP-admin (browser independently: MS IE; FFox; Opera; Chrome…)
    WP: 3.4.2 – “IT” Locale
    WP Site: Genitori-Insieme.org
    PHP Version: 5.2

    Herewith I copy both the errormessage and the content of “ilmeteo.php”

    Message:`Fatal error: Cannot redeclare widget_ilmeteo() (previously declared in /home/www/genitori-insieme.org/wp-content/plugins/ilmeteo-wordpress/ilmeteo.php:19) in /home/www/genitori-insieme.org/wp-content/plugins/ilmeteo-wordpress/ilmeteo.php on line 19

    FTP into your site (or use whatever file management application your host provides) & delete (or rename) the wp-content/plugins/ilmeteo-wordpress folder.

    Great and fast…
    I did it as _ilmeteo-wordpress

    It’s back, but seems keeping “uploading” something with no solution… I also logged-in as admin and works, but the widget is “missing” (as expected…)

    Is there any chance to correct the issue (sorry but I’m not php master 🙂 )

    It’s a plugin issue so you need to contact that plugin’s developer.
