Background/Header-Footer lineup

First off, I am not a good coder. I do try my best though. I am no professional. So, obviously, I need help here. I want my header, footer, and background to line up vertically.. but its not. The header and footer do, but the background does not. Look here: click. Also, the footer is all messed up. I am so lost in coding =(
