grabbing the latest posts from different categories..

    im setting up a site for a local club using wordpress… im wondering how can i grab the latest posts from different categories and display them in different places on the site. e.g. under ‘club news’, ‘club fixtures’, ‘parish news’ etc.

    any help appreciated!
