Edit Page function NG after 3.5 update

    After update I cannot edit any page. The edit pane is completly blank and the text tab is inoperable.

    If click on view page … displays page per last edit
    Website is working per last edit

    Have verified not a browser problem
    Have deactivated/activated all plugins
    Have tried switching to Twenty Twelve with same results

    Running XP; Kippis is Theme
