Please update to latest version of the plugin, and if the issue still happens then I think this is a jQuery conflict. I can see in the source that you’ve got a bunch of conflicting JS calls in the theme and other plugins so you might need to check point 5 on the FAQs for help with that issue.

Same here, with new & previous versions of the plugin. WordPress 3.5.
Just a quick update on this issue – have found 3 sites with the problem and am attempting to isolate the error and implement a fix. Stay tuned and I’ll post any progress here.

OK have fixed the issue on http://www.coronadoweddingchapelbythesea.com by deactivating then reactivating Jetpack plugin, then doing the same with the HTML5 jQuery Audio plugin.
Another site – http://davidpomeranzfb.com/listen/ by the time I looked into it it was fixed. I’m guessing site owner found their own solution? If you can report it here that may be helpful to other users – thanks.
And the final site http://www.closer-productions.com/the-studio/ I couldn’t log in to to check… @webbdljj did you want to try the solution mentioned above and see if that works? Please post result here so I can conclusively mark this resolved or not…
