Mega Menu Widget – NetworkError: 404 Not Found

Hallo there …

the plugin is installed with no problem …
The menu is there but no dropdown action is going on …

i got this message in the error console: “NetworkError: 404 Not Found – http://localhost/wordpress342-de/wp-content/plugins/jquery-mega-menu/js/jquery.dcmegamenu.1.3.4.min.js?ver=3.4.2” …

what does it mean …? the file is in the plugin folder …
whrw can i start to fix this problem?
