• All the navigation bar is out of whack. Works perfect in firefox. Using WP 2 and lightcms theme. If i switch back to the default WP theme, of course, it is fine in IE. Web link is http://www.electrichendrix.com, if that helps. Everything in the “content” area gets pushed down when viewing in IE. Any help is appreciated.

  • IE generally does margin’s, padding and border different to Firefox.

IE is probably calculating your space so that there isn’t enough left for the content so it gets pushed down. (But I can’t tell for sure, I don’t have any windows boxes about), hope it puts you on the right path.

carnold :: Yuck! IE and your site don’t get along at ALL!

What you have heard is true… IE doesn’t think there’s enough room for your content width so it pushes it below everything else. But it look slike there are other issues too.

For help with browser compatability I have laways found good info at http://www.positioniseverything.net
