htaccess errors

    just went to wp3.5 and can’t update or install any plugin that copies a temporary htaccess file to the server

    can’t upgrade askimet
    can’t install eshop

    Could not copy file. /web/wp-content/upgrade/eshop.tmp/eshop/downloads/.htaccess

    Any ideas?
