Is there a plan to update this plugin to use the new media manager interface in WordPress 3.5?

It’s a really useful plugin and provides a great interface that helps our users lots but it’s slightly confusing for them now that the pop up media manager is different to the “Add Media” interface.

I am here to check on the status of this too. It would be really great to use the new interface with this plugin!

True, waiting for an update! This plugin makes the default build in gallery a liiiittle bit more useful in the backend for customers… We all know that they are lazy and wanna see before read instructions…

I actually like the OLD interface from pre-3.5 for Media Manager: It lets you put a number in for the images in a Gallery that are uploaded to a particular Post. And, it works with the MediaTags plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/media-tags/
which seems to have trouble in the 3.5+ Media Manager.

Maybe offer a settings panel to give you “classic” vs. “current”?
