I am having the same issue tonight. Comments were working fine yesterday.
I just upgraded, and a lot of my admin panel is missing. Can only see it if I highlight the text. Maybe the issues are related.

Yes, I just upgraded as well. Anyone know if this is a known issue or ways to resolve?
Do you have WordPress Jetpack enabled by any chance? I just disabled all my plugins and reactivated them one by one and the culprit for my site was Jetpack.

Hi,
I recently migrated my blog from blogger to WP. Despite ensuring that comments are enabled on my WP site in all the right places, multiple users have contacted me saying they are having issues leaving comments. I have tried everything please help!
