no idea

I downloaded everything and thought I had it ready to go and now all of these read me files and assumptions that are made about everything…now I don’t know anything….can anyone explain this simply for the stupid in plain english without assuming I know how to upload and configure all of this to where I have no idea….I have a 8×10 sheet full of passwords and back up verification passwords that look more like launch codes….I can get into my bank account easier than this.
