Dropdown menu behind gallery display

If this were flash I know the setting to change this display of the drop down menu to go over the gallery display and not behind.
I am unsure of where to change what for this to display properly.
I am using a WPMU theme. This a staged site with little to no plugins running with this gallery plugin.
I have not ran across this before using NextGen, first time.

On the home page try the drop down that appears under Media and About us.
The menu goes behind the slide gallery.
Not sure if the index in the css needs to be changed?
Some direction in this would be appreciated.
