Twenty Ten Theme page question

    I’m building a single column, static page website using the Twenty Ten theme and I have quite a few pages already.

    One of my pages is called ‘copy clinic’. This page’s sole purpose is to allow visitors to upload their PDF, JPG, word files, and/or copy and pasted text that they want checked. I think it’s called a Text Block – not sure?

    I’ve seen it on another website: for instance; if you want your brochure copy checked, you simple copy your text, and paste it onto the Text Block and press send. This then sends the copy to me to check. You can also upload a PDF or Word file.

    How can I add this function to my page?
