Admin bar not showing after changing site URL

    Hello

    I have right now changed the URL website from
    http://www.mydomain.com/v1/ to
    http://www.mydomain.com

    It is working fine but now the admin bar is not showing anymore.

    I have wp_header(); and wp_footer(); set in my both files but it is not showing up

    Any clue to show the admin bar when the WordPress URL is different than the site URL
