How to change "Product ID"?

both of those are post-id’s which are simply the primary key within the wp_posts table, which contains other posts types, like posts, pages, and menu items.

There is a “woocommerce sequential order number” plugin which would allow you to modify the order numbers(really just use a different field for what is displayed as the order#), but the product id’s are never visible outside of the admin panel, so there’s really no point in changing those.
