    It appears that blogging by email is not very well supported in this forum. There are quite a few unanswered requests for help, including my own. Does that mean that the function is not supported, or should be be looking on some other forum (the writer of the plug-in) for help?

    Hello, how do I configure a gmail account to post by email ?
    what do i need to write in the option section ?

    bladesun, according to this page, gmail is SSL only for pop. Taking a look at the class file wp-includes/class-pop3.php, it doesn’t appear that the class can just make an SSL connection.

    the weird thing for me, guys, is that I turned the DEBUG variable on by setting it to TRUE in the class, and I’m STILL not getting any debug information in my log file.

    yeah, it doesn’t look like the wp people are too interested, but we could hack through it.

    anybody know how to turn on debug logging properly?
