Is there a ‘private comments’ plugin?

    I have the following requirement for a site:

    * All registered users can read all posts.
    * All registered users can comment on posts.
    * Only a registered user (specified by me) can READ the comments for a given post.

    Is there a plugin that would enable that functionality?
