Option Tree Second Language

I-m using the Easy Translation Manager for WordPress Plugin for translating the City Business Corporate – 11 in 1 which is based on the option tree plugin.

I need the GFS website to be in spanish and english languages, but the translation plugin can not translate the option tree plugin options.

Is there a way to translate the homepage options in an easy way?
