Can you tell me which theme are you using.
Also I would suggest you to embed a calendar in a separate page and try creating appointment from there.

FB.getLoginStatus() called before calling FB.init(). in all.js (line 52)

looks like im having a similar problem i hope its not the theme

basically it worked when i first installed it then it went to try it again
and it says sorry no time available today
but there are no appts set for that day
i plan on having a video on top giving a basic description of what to do and what to expect

We have an issue with recurring(repeated) timeoff in version2.3 .
This bug fixed in Ver2.4 available to download within 1 or 2 days.

I have the same issue, but only in Internet Explorer, it works fine in Google Chrome and Firefox. The page is http://www.bridalbar.com/lacalendar/ (password appointment if it asks). Is it compatable with explorer?
