Could you please more specify, what “UI is in local language” should state? Only the plugin, the entire admin area, the frontend or anthing else ?

There are 2 ways to get this working:
a) you simply delete CodeStyling Localization translation in your native language.
b) you can use my other plugin (as linked at the plugins help screen) name “WP Native Dashboard” to choose your Backend Language as usual.
