Problem with a Gridiculous-made site

    Hi guys, I’ve made a website through the Gridiculous theme and was wondering if you can help me out with a couple of things.

    1) I want to make the text area in the middle of the site a different colour from under the navigation bar downwards

    and

    2) I want to get rid of those 2 white lines in between the text area.

    Any help in advance would be highly appreciated.
