Close button?

This seems like it would be quite simple, but for the life of me, I can’t figure out how to get the close button to appear. I also want it on the top left corner.

Any idea how to do it? I’ve done a lot more with other plugins, but this one doesn’t seem to be nearly as intuitive.

I’d appreciate any help anyone can give. Thanks.
