Try:
– switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.
– re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.
Ok I added the “-old” to the folder and got into the admin part, what do I do now? Re-install the theme?
Speaking of which, lately I have also not been able to update my plugins, they all fail but nobody helped me when I posted that.
What theme were you using? Where did you download it from?
I was/am using Beauty Music. I can’t remember I found it. But it has worked fine for months until just now.

I was afraid you meant that theme. They booby trap the theme to prevent the user (you) from editing the links in the footer. That’s very non-GPL compatible of them to do so.
Can you use a different theme? That one is considered to be “Not Good” and should be avoided like an infection.

When you try to update the plugins and it fails do you get an error message? And if so what does it say?
Why did it work until now though? Well I guess I can use a new theme but it sucks because I had my logo made around those colors. Do you have a source that you can site that explains the booby-trapping that they do with that theme?
