Test not completed

I can’t seem to get the test to run… it appears to, but I don’t get a response, I don’t get an email, I don’t get anything. Please help? I’m want to use this with Gravity Forms – am having problems having the send-from address showing up. I’m using the smtp.gmail.com server.
