Remove pingback from contact page

Hi,

My website is http://www.paulamiradaki.com.au/
My wordpress template was custom designed for me, and I am now making a lot of other changes myself to ‘perfect’ it.

I need help removing the following text under the contact box on the contact page…

“One Response to Contact
Pingback: About me | paulamiradaki (Edit)”

P.S. I have quite a few other problems that I need to fix. (e.g. I would like the text and phone number in the top right as it is… but not using the site title and tagline, but rather a code. Reason for this is cause the site title appears at the top of the browser. I also need to get rid of the page title on the actual page itself…). If there is anyone out there who can help me out without me having to post every single problem in here it would be appreciated!
