Enter their email address, username, and/or IP in the Comment Blacklist field (Options > Discussion).
Note this marks a comment as spam, and doesn’t just drop the comment. If you use a spam tool like Akismet you can manage such comments.

Hmmm u sure putting in there IP address will work? I dont wish kill other ppl quoting his name.
It will if they have a static IP.
and it will ALWAYS catch comments with those things… so yes, if you put ‘david’, and some other person ‘david’ comments, it’ll be tagged as spam. use things that are truly unique — but make SURE they are unique…

Hmmmm well i guess it will be better to write a plugin that bans the user from even commenting.
As only registered users can comment
