A question about home page

    i had made my first website http://www.androidworld.ro and i have a problem setting the home page
    when the site is accesed is displaying the latest post page and i want that happend the same thing when somebody access the STIRI page
    basically i want when somebody access STIRI page to load same content like when access now the site
    thanks
