Feature Articles in Sidebar

    I currently have a “Popular Widget” in my sidebar which displays the most popular entries with an image from that entry. It’s not doing what I had hoped.
    I am looking for a similar widget for my sidebar where I can choose which articles I want to feature, but with the same look and information as the “Popular Widget”.
    I have searched the plug-ins but can’t seem to find what I’m looking for. Does anyone have any suggestions for search terms or can you recommend a widget for the sidebar that you have used?
