Avatar & Country Flag

Hi, I can’t seem to get avatars or country flags to appear in my quick chat (either embedded or side-bar widget). I have “Quick Flag” and “Simple Local Avatar” plugins installed and activated in my WOrdPress.

Any help you can provide is appreciated.
