how to use plugins and google analytics

    Hello,

    I have a blog on wordpress.com (i have my own domain name), and i want to use plugins and to be able to use google analytics and to personnalize my blog more, but i can’t.

    I reckon i need to upgrade something, but i don’t know what.

    Can someone help me ?
