Full screen

I am running the same website but on two different URLS.

The primary url http://www.pcscroydon.org.uk shows in full screen mode but the second url http://www.pcswestcroydon.org.uk does shows content on a smaller screen with a background image showing. Both are the same theme.

Is anyone able to advice how I can make the latter smaller screen replicate the first one?
