cannot publish posts anymore

    hello
    i have wordpress 3.4.2 in english.
    last night i decided to post a new subject but i cant publish it. i have just two options: draft or pending review.

    i have done following acts but my problem is still not solved:

    deactivating all of my plugin
    removing inactive plugins
    changing my theme to wordpress default & twenty ten
    reinstalling wordpress from dashboard
    substituting all files and folders (except wp-content) by using ftp
    ask my provider if they had done any changes or maybe some programs processing and they answered that have not any changes in server.

    all my previous posts are OK and when i want to edit them they have “published” option.
    i had duplicate one of my previous posts and decided to change it to new post but still just have 2 options for draft and pending.
    i have looked in user section, the only user is me and i am administrator

    what must i do?
