WP-CRM plugin can't add new form

    Can someone please help me understand why the plugin (version 0.33.1) does not save a new form. I have tried numerous plug in re-installs. I cannot find a corresponding query on the internet or wp forum. This problem started early in my web site development.
    If it is of any help, I have the following plugins installed:
    All in One SEO|Custom Contact Forms|Erident custom login|Members access|Theme my login|W3 Total cache|Wp social ring|Wp_property|Wp-CRM

    It seems that I have either asked the wrong question or WP_CRM plugin is not widely used. This affects my thinking of upgrading to the full Denali theme in the new year. Any comments please.
