Yoast Content: No always ?

    hi got the plugin few days back for my new and pretty mucy the 1st blog !
    however I always get these beloow errors ?
    Page URL: No
    Content: No
    Meta description: No

    Most of the time I always get this ? why is this so and please tell me how to solve this I do write about 150 to 300 words per post though I prefer under 200.

    Also can anyone tell me site map do I need to submit it google again and again that yoast makes or it is done automatically ?
