Home Page Issues

When I click my blog page, I receive a blank page–it should be noted that my blog is created through WordPress, and there is a directory inside the root file. I believe this to be a redirection issue. Could you please advise on how to take care of this issue? I’ve browsed around online looking for various answers, and after trying most of them, come up empty handed. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
