Not receiving email with attachments

    I am not sure why, but once someone fills out the form, everything seems to be working ok, but the customer is not receiving the email with the attachment. I do get an email letting me know a report has been downloaded.

    I am not sure if I am missing a step. I have set up the email template inside of the Email Before Download Options. Do I need to set up anything in Contact Form 7?

    Thanks for the interest in our plugin.

    Just as a reminder, the following options need to be in the Email Before Download settings:
    1) Delivery format should be set either to “Send Email” or “Both”
    2) Attachment checkbox should be selected

    Alternately, you can use these attributes in your shortcode to override the defaults:
    attachment=”yes” delivered_as=”Send Email”

    If these are set correctly, your users should get the emails with attachments. If the problem persists, the issue might go beyond the scope of our plugin. That is to say, there might be something wrong with your server environment.
