Solution: Missing code in 2 functions of WPeC 3.8.9

Updated WPeC to 3.8.9, was getting error:
“Call to a member function get_blog_prefix() on a non-object”

Checked & found, missing line of code “global $wpdb;” in 2 functions namely “wpsc_get_all_customer_meta” and “wpsc_update_all_customer_meta” in file “wp-content/plugins/wp-e-commerce/wpsc-core/wpsc-functions.php”
