Get Response Forms Problem

    How/where did you download/ install the Get Response Form?

    I have a problem too I need help with at present. I have get response plugin and have filled it in with my form number and the plugin is active, but I can’t see the form. Don’t know where it is located.

    The tech info says I should be able to locate it where i want and adjust it, but I have no idea where it happens to be.
