Support for theme changelogs

    Plugins’ changelogs are shown in two places: the plugin page on wordpress.org and the plugin list in WP-admin. The latter makes it a breeze to see what has changed between versions.

    The same should be supported for themes. For example the Elbee Elgee contains a changelog, but it isn’t shown on either of the two locations mentioned above.
