Font enlarges 300% in IE8, please help!

Hi,

My wordpress site looks strange in IE8, but looks great in all other browsers. In IE8, the index page looks fine when you first enter the site, however if click on any other tab, the font in the side bar, footer and main sections of the page increase like 300%. I’ve tried to search how to fix this but can’t figure it out. Can you please help me??
