Plugin's not compatible with Jetpack Carousel?

    Hello,

    When I have File Gallery 1.7.5.3 running with Jetpack Carousel, the Carousel’s lightbox functionality won’t work. That is, I click on the image and the browser goes to the image, attachment page, etc.

    Maybe there’s a setting that I’ve missed, but after looking over the options in File Gallery I gave up and deactivated it. Is there something I’m missing?

    @cr-1357: they’re not currently compatible because Carousel “bails” if the default gallery shortcode handler is overridden (which is the case with File Gallery).

    You can disable File Gallery handling of the shortcode by unchecking the first option under “File Gallery”, on the media settings page in WordPress admin.

    I’ll add a check for Jetpack Carousel in the next version and force it to load if it’s active. Thanks for the heads up 🙂
