Maximum Downloads

I was happy to have the maximum number of downloads option, but it doesn’t seem to work correctly. I set it to 3 and it does not re-set for each new order. If the product has already been downloaded 3 times in the past, it says the item cannot be downloaded because it has reached its maximum, even if it’s a new order.
