[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Submit Never Completes/Need Absolute URL

We use this form as a “success page” after a purchase. The form submits when directly accessed. When accessed through a third party as part of the purchase success page, the Send/Submit never completes (the arrows just spin). After checking with the third party vendor, they said they need absolute URLs and that a specific line of code is the issue (see below). How do we get the plugin to render a absolute URL?
