[Plugin: Easy Contact Forms] Easy contact WEB – Export problem

    I’ve installed “EASY CONTACT FORM” some days ago and used it to collect data from about 400 users. When I needed to export all the entries I was redirected to a page in which I was invited to buy a PRO version (http://easy-contact-forms.com/contact-pro/) called “Easy contact web” in which the developer declare this features:

    – “Conversion of Submitted Data Directly to Excel”
    – “Contact List and Form Settings Export
    Automatically export already existent form settings and contact lists from Easy Contact Forms.”

    “FANTASTIC!” I said. Paid 45 € I try where is the function which allows to export all the contacts or entries to an Excel file as promised. Not founding it, I tried to write to the support receiving NO answer.

    What I have to do? I’ve paid for a feature which would help me a lot and I need to export all within tomorrow! I’m so disappointed!

    I have the exact same problem. I paid $50 for the ability to export contacts, and as far as I can tell it is not available.
