Permissions error under IE

    I get a permissions error on my WordPress site under IE. No problem under Firefox or Safari. Baffled…. Site is http://www.save-wye.org. It seems to load OK most times under IE. The line it trips up on is to do with the contact form plugin, but disabling that makes no difference.
