My Own Link Order

Hey there,

I was wondering if there was a way on which I could determine myself in which order I want to place the links. So not alphabetic, nor order on ID, just something where I can say which I want on top, which second etc.

Can this be done? Maybe with a mod? Or can I atleast do it manually? (I tried to just put divs in link.php, but I get an error then)
