[Plugin: BackUpWordPress] Backup Causes Database Drop

Latest Version of Backup WordPress on all installs
Various Plugins across multiple sites (10-15)
list includes Foxyshop, Soliloquy, XML sitemap generator, Podpress
nothing intense really

Backup Occurs, All sites go down on my shared hosting, Database connection failure

hosted by IPage on Nginx

Sites range in size from 30mb to 4gb
I exclude most of the media on the bigger sites but it doesn’t seem to matter when or what I’m backing up, it still hates me
