• Greetings!

I’m new to the forum and love the WP product. I’m currently using Twenty Ten theme (3.4.2), and apologize up front if my verbiage is not consistent with the WP Community as this is all new to me. I have one question (I’m sure more will follow, but for now just one).

I’m basically keeping the theme as default, haven’t added many bells and whistles except two widgets/pulg-ins (Calendar and Contact Us form).

My question is: How do I remove the space/padding which lives above the header banner image in Twenty-Ten? I would prefer the header banner image abut the top of the page, but can’t seem to make it go away despite removing the text in the ‘Customize Themes section” under Site Title and Tagline. Any ideas?

Please note I’m not CSS savy, so please go easy on me.

    Regards,
    Dave

To avoid editing the theme’s files and for a non-technical approach, you could download (and activate) this CSS Manager plugin, which allows you to enter CSS in a section of the dashboard.

The next part is knowing which CSS to enter and this seems to be a query more suited to CSS Creator. CSS Creator is a forum that specialises in CSS support.

Specific CSS queries are not covered in the scope of WordPress forums.

Note: Fixed the link http://csscreator.com/forum vs csscreator.com/forum which becomes a link relative to wordpress.org and doesn’t work.

    Cheers!
